We regret to inform you that we are currently at full capacity and unable to offer same-day appointments. However, you are still welcome to call for advice. Due to high demand, we are directing patients to NHS 111 or the Newark Urgent Care Centre for further assistance. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please also note that, due to the Christmas period and increased demand, we have very limited pre-bookable appointments available with our GPs and nurse practitioners.

Whilst we understand how frustrating this situation may be, we kindly remind all patients that we operate a zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence or abuse, whether verbal or physical. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
